As early as you can — two to four weeks is ideal, and weekends or end-of-month dates fill up fastest. Need to move sooner? Call us; we’ll do our best to fit you in.
Yes. C&S Moving is fully licensed and insured.
Every move is quoted individually based on size, distance, crew, and the services you want — with no hidden fees. You get a clear, honest estimate up front.
We do. Full-service packing, or just a hand with the tricky items. We bring quality materials, available at extra cost, and wrap, label, and protect every box.
Yes. Pianos, safes, gym equipment, and other heavy or delicate pieces get a tailored plan and the right crew, quoted separately from your standard move. Mention it to us when you reach out so we arrive prepared.
For safety and legal reasons we can’t transport hazardous materials, flammables, or perishables. If you’re unsure about an item, just ask — we’re happy to advise.
We do. We’ll haul away moving-day clutter and deliver gently-used items to a local donation center so you start fresh in your new place.
It’s rare, but we stand behind our work. We carry coverage for your belongings and will make it right.

Here’s how the day actually goes
No mystery, no chaos. From the moment we pull up to the moment you’re settled, here’s what to expect.

Confirm & Prep
We confirm your date, crew size, and details a few days out. You finish any last packing; we bring the materials and muscle.

Walk-through
On arrival, your crew lead does a quick walk-through with you — noting fragile items, what stays, and the lay of the land.

Load & Protect
We pad, wrap, and carefully load everything, protecting floors and doorways at both ends as we go.

Deliver & Set Up
We place furniture where you want it, reassemble what we took apart, and don’t leave until you’re settled.
