Here's how the day actually goes
No mystery, no chaos. From the moment we pull up to the moment you're settled, here's what to expect.

Confirm & Prep
We confirm your date, crew size, and details a few days out. You finish any last packing; we bring the materials and muscle.

Walk-through
On arrival, your crew lead does a quick walk-through with you — noting fragile items, what stays, and the lay of the land.

Load & Protect
We pad, wrap, and carefully load everything, protecting floors and doorways at both ends as we go.

Deliver & Set Up
We place furniture where you want it, reassemble what we took apart, and don’t leave until you’re settled.

Moving tips that actually help
A few hard-won lessons from thousands of boxes. Steal them for a smoother move — whether you book us or not.
Declutter first. Every box you don’t move saves time and money. Donate or toss what you won’t need.
Book early. Good move dates go fast — especially weekends and end of month.
Photograph your electronics. Snap cable setups before unplugging. Reconnecting becomes a five-minute job.
Flag specialty items. Pianos, safes, gym equipment — tell us up front so we plan the right crew.
Set aside the irreplaceables. Jewelry, passports, and sentimental valuables travel with you, not the truck.
Use the right boxes. Small for heavy, large for light. Don’t overpack a box you can’t lift.
Wrap as you go. Pad dishes, frames, and electronics before they hit the box.
Label by room. Write the destination room on every side, not just the top.
Keep hardware together. Bag screws and bolts and tape them to the furniture they belong to.
Pack an essentials box. First-night needs in one clearly marked box you load last.
